Our Investment Strategy

Our investment strategy focuses on opportunities to acquire or invest in mispriced assetts, primarily caused by market dislocations and distressed situations. We target what we consider a niche space within the market, identifying investments considered "too small" by large, institutional money managers, and "too large" for individual investors.

We perform extensive due diligence on each investment, and choose only those investments that offer above average, calculated risk-adjusted returns. Current targeted investments include:

  • Short-term senior debt and preferred equity financing for residential and commercial real estate transactions
  • Acquisition of sub- and non-performing senior debt
  • Value-add real estate acquisitions; e.g., residential REO rehab, underperforming commercial space, etc.
  • Acquisition of bulk REO pools from local banks and credit unions
  • Preferred equity investments in professional real estate investment firms
