Aegis RE Partners, LLC is a Tampa-based private equity fund focused on the origination of short-term commercial mortgages, the acquisition of underperforming and/or distressed debt, and opportunistic equity investments in both residential and commercial real estate.

For our investment partners, both private and institutional, we seek to generate above-market, risk adjusted returns that are not correlated to the general direction of the equity and fixed income markets. We attempt to achieve this through strong risk management, deep experience, and extensive due diligence.
